By creating an account or using any part of the CryptoVoice platform (website, web app, or mobile app), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any feature of CryptoVoice. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If we discover that an account belongs to a user under 18, we will immediately terminate that account and delete all associated data.
CryptoVoice is a community discussion and investor voice platform. We are not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, dealer, or regulated financial service. Nothing on this platform — including posts by users, verified experts, or CryptoVoice staff — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
You agree not to use CryptoVoice to:
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant CryptoVoice a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and moderate that content in connection with the platform's operation.
User-generated content includes: concerns, votes, project chat messages, group messages, direct messages, status updates, expert profiles and posts, profile information, image and file attachments, and emoji reactions.
File Uploads & Attachments: By uploading any image or file, you confirm you hold the rights to share it and that it does not contain illegal, harmful, or prohibited content. Uploaded files are subject to automated and manual moderation. Files attached to DMs are private between conversation participants; status images are visible to other users.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of concerns and information you submit. Expert-verified users are held to a higher standard of accuracy, professionalism, and neutrality.
Your reputation score is calculated algorithmically based on the accuracy of your community contributions. Tiers are: New Member (<25), Community Member (≥25), Trusted Watcher (≥50), and Elite Guardian (≥80). CryptoVoice reserves the right to adjust scores, suspend accounts, or remove content that violates these terms. Reputation scores are not transferable and have no monetary value.
CryptoVoice offers two expert tiers:
CryptoVoice provides public and private group spaces for community discussion. Group types include General (open discussion), Community (project-linked), and Announcement (project-admin-only posting; members may react but not post). By joining a group, your messages and reactions are visible to all current group members. Group admins may remove members and delete messages. The same acceptable use rules apply within groups.
DMs operate with a request-and-accept flow to protect users from unsolicited contact. Sending unsolicited or harassing DM requests is prohibited. Voice and video calling is a planned feature and is not yet available in the current version of CryptoVoice. When released, calls will be a community communication tool only and will not be an emergency service. The same acceptable use rules apply to private messages. We may review DM content in response to a valid abuse report or legal requirement.
CryptoVoice may send push notifications to your device when you grant permission. Notifications include new direct messages, concern updates, vote activity, and project risk changes. You can customise or disable all notifications at any time from Profile → Notification Preferences. Granting notification permission is optional and does not affect core platform functionality.
CryptoVoice operates automated and manual content moderation. Key policies:

All CryptoVoice payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. Paid features activate upon confirmed payment and are deactivated when the subscription lapses, is cancelled, or expires. See our Refund Policy for details.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or to protect the community. Violations of the Acceptable Use section may result in immediate permanent termination. Repeated minor violations may lead to progressive action: warning → temporary suspension → shadow-limited visibility → permanent ban. You may terminate your own account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. CryptoVoice is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension for Terms violations.
CryptoVoice provides community-sourced information for educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of community risk scores. Always conduct your own research before making any investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including losses from investment decisions made based on platform data.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
