DMCA Policy

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on CryptoVoice infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:

• Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) or location(s) on CryptoVoice where the allegedly infringing material is located
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

We respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringers

CryptoVoice will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, in accordance with the DMCA's repeat infringer policy.

5. Misuse of DMCA Process

Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice is illegal and may expose you to liability. Only submit notices for content you genuinely believe infringes your copyright.
